Payment / Refund Policy
Updated on: 29th September, 2025
Introduction
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all financial transactions made through Fa Safia Foundation’s official website. By making a donation, booking a service, or purchasing any product through our platform, you agree to abide by these terms. Our goal is to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness in all payment-related matters.
Accepted Payment Methods
All payments to Fa Safia Foundation are processed securely through Paystack. Through this platform, we accept:
- Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- Bank transfers (where available through Paystack)
- In certain circumstances, we may also accept:
- Direct bank transfers (upon request, using official bank details provided by the Foundation)
- Cash payments made directly at our office, with an official receipt issued at the time of payment
By making a payment, you agree to comply with Paystack’s terms of service in addition to ours.
Important: Fa Safia Foundation does not authorize any individual or third party to collect payments on our behalf. All payments must be made only through our official Paystack platform, direct bank transfer and mobile money (using details we provide), or in-person at our office with an official receipt.
If you receive any suspicious payment request claiming to represent us, please report it immediately to our official contact channels.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Fa Safia Foundation for services, programs, or events are non-refundable. This is because our offerings involve spiritual work, consultations, and preparations that begin once a booking or request is confirmed.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Technical issues during online transactions that result in failed or incomplete services.
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Note: While we are committed to offering genuine guidance and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as spiritual results may vary based on individual circumstances and destiny.
Cancellation Policy
Once a service, initiation, or divination session has been booked and confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, in cases of genuine emergencies, clients may request to reschedule their appointment. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the Foundation and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be treated as a completed service.
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service, event, or program in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including spiritual obligations, acts of God, force majeure, or events beyond our control. In such cases, affected clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Delivery of Services
All services offered by Fa Safia Foundation—including divination, initiation, workshops, and related spiritual or educational programs are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability. Service delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request and the availability of our spiritual leaders or facilitators. Online services (such as virtual workshops or consultations) will be delivered through secure digital platforms, while in-person services will take place at designated venues communicated in advance.
Payment is generally required in advance before services begin. In certain circumstances, cash payments may be accepted at our office upon arrival, particularly for divination sessions. Where a divination outcome requires further rituals, and the client cannot immediately afford the costs, a grace period of up to 16 days may be given to make full advance payment so that the necessary ritual materials can be secured. If payment is not made within the 16-day period, the ritual request will be nullified, and a new divination requiring a fresh payment will be necessary before proceeding.
Pricing & Changes
All fees for services are determined by Fa Safia Foundation and are subject to periodic review and adjustment. Any changes in pricing will be communicated clearly on our official platforms. However, once a booking or service request has been confirmed with payment, the agreed fee at the time of payment will remain valid and will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Please note that special or extraordinary rituals may attract additional costs, depending on the nature of the work and the materials required.
Disputes & Chargebacks
In the event of any payment disputes, clients are encouraged to first contact Fa Safia Foundation directly to seek resolution. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of services and/or legal action.
Force Majeure
Fa Safia Foundation shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, war, civil disturbances, pandemics, technical failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of our obligations.
Final Clause / Agreement
By making a payment to Fa Safia Foundation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Payment Policy.
